Alyssa is a licensed therapist with over 12 years of experience supporting adolescents and adults through life’s ups and downs. She earned her Master’s degree in Counseling from Missouri Baptist University and has specialized training in trauma-focused care, including EMDR. Known for her warm but straightforward style, Alyssa brings both compassion and honesty into the therapy room—helping clients feel supported while also challenging them to grow. She believes laughter and real connection are just as important as insight and hard work in the healing process. Outside of session, you can find her on the sidelines of her kids’ soccer games, lost in a good book, spending time with family and friends, or listening to music.
